RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to COVID-19 and the nature of our products we are not accepting returns or exchanges. All sales are final. No returns to your order after placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged and must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it within the first two weeks. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost back to LAUSU.

If any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by LAUSU.
